At Springer's Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Your Jewelry

  Place the item back in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original diamond certificates and documentation.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
